SHIPPING POLICY
Items are typically in stock and delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately via your preferred method of contact and given the option to either wait for your item or receive a refund.
FREE SHIPPING
Free USPS or UPS shipping on orders shipped to the lower 48 states except for home batteries. All EV Chargers will be shipped UPS unless specified (Please, no PO Boxes). Orders outside the lower 48 are calculated at checkout along with applicable taxes. Orders placed after 1 PM MST will not be shipped until the next business day.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available via UPS for next-day or 2-day shipments. Expedited fees are calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 1 PM MST will not be shipped until the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are subject to your country’s customs import duties and taxes on the declared value of the purchased goods. Emporia does not collect these fees. The shipper will calculate these fees and contact you to pay them before they will deliver your order.
